Brad Glocke
President
With over 15 years of experience in operations and business management with positions in industries ranging from human dietary supplements to global industrial and environmental services, Brad brings a diverse management experience to MicroSynergies.
Brad grew up in the heart of the midwest, visiting his grandfather's dairy farm on a regularly. He attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee for undergraduate studies and the University of Wisconsin-Madison for graduate studies. From there, he went on to work in business management for several multi-national companies, receiving recognition and awards from the Lubar School of Business, Johnson Controls, CB Richard Ellis, and the Wisconsin School of Business.
Brad now serves as President of MicroSynergies, focusing on daily operations, strategic projects, organism research, and business strategy.
In his free time, Brad likes to read, golf, swim, bike, and work on home construction projects. He lives in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with his wife and two children.

Roy Glocke

With over 35 years of experience in the agricultural industry with positions ranging from National Sales Manager for large multi-national microbial companies to start-up divisions now turned into proven businesses, Roy brings decades of global human, animal, agricultural, and industrial microbial experience to MicroSynergies, the company he founded over a decade ago.
Roy grew up on a dairy farm in the heart of the midwest and attended the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. From there, he went on to work for some of the world's most well-known and respected microbial companies, sitting on the scientific committee that decided what would ultimately become the approved Direct-Fed Microbial List of The Official Publication of the Association of American Feed Control Officials (AAFCO).
Roy now serves as the Chief Technical Director of MicroSynergies, focusing on product formulations, new product frontiers, and organism science and management.
